One year before World Pride 2006 event. It was a local parade of the jerusalem community, but of course with supporters from all the country. The parade was impressive in his content and thousands of people came (estimated 8000). This is a high amount relative to previous parades in Jerusalm.<br> Tel Aviv happening, which is a carnival with trucks, dancers and open shows, in Jerusalem the parade is more political, and solid. With the motto "Love Without Borders", The Jerusalem Open House for GLBT advances tolerance and acceptance of the gay community even in a not so peaceful and tolerant city, one year before the World Pride events scheduled to be held in the city on August 2006.<br> There was a strong resistance of religious and fascist groups, and a painful incident. An orthodox person managed to pass the police securing and stabbed 3 people. They were moderately injured , but the parade continued in spite of the incident.
